I’m so excited to share with you that my debut cookbook is available for PRE-ORDER NOW!!! Written over 5 months in the latter half of 2020, this book entitled Simply Sweet Nostalgic Bakes is a culmination of 55 recipes that conjure nostalgia-filled memories.
What’s it about?
My aim for the book was to take you down memory lane and re-visit those classic recipes that sit so fondly in your memory bank.
Whether it's those chocolate chip cookies you enjoyed so much at your Grandma’s, your favourite Blueberry Pie made by Mum every summer, or ice-cream sandwiches eaten on a warm summer’s day as a child, these recipes are designed to remind you of delicious days past.
The classic recipes have been given an 'Emma' twist by re-creating them with exciting new flavour combinations that you'll be sure to love. Think Orange Blossom and Thyme Madeleines, French Apple Salted Caramel Tart spiked with fennel and Espresso Millionaire Shortbread Bars.
