1. Place all ingredients, evaporated milk, butter, chocolate, vanilla extract and salt, into a medium saucepan set over medium heat.

2. Stir constantly until all have melted and combined.

3. Heat the fudge sauce until thickened.

Serve Hot Fudge Sauce over your favourite ice cream, pancakes, waffles, brownies or pie.
